Customize the Navigation pane

Show or hide the pane:
Select
View
, then
Navigation Pane
, or press Alt+F1.
Organize icons:
Drag and drop shortcuts where you want them.
Choose your options:
Select and choose
Navigation Pane Options
.
Mark the checkboxes for the groups you want to see.
Or, select
Add or Remove Buttons
to turn groups on or off.
Save space:
Select and choose
Show fewer buttons
to see icons only.
Select
Show more buttons
to see the full labels again.

Customize the Print Reports screen

Right-click any group button at the end of the Reports list.
Select
Navigation Pane Options
.
Mark the checkboxes for the groups you want.
Use
Move Up
and
Move Down
to change the order.

Organize reports:
Drag and drop the icons where you want them.
