Preview payroll tax forms

In Accounting CS, there are several ways to preview payroll tax forms.
note
Previews always show a "client copy" watermark that can't be removed. The filing copy of the form (created when you process payroll tax forms) won't contain any watermarks.

Preview payroll tax forms before processing

Before printing any form, select
View Diagnostics
 . The Form Diagnostics dialog displays both critical and informational diagnostic messages specific to the filing method for each selected form.

  2. Select the form then select
    Preview Selected
