Review diagnostics for payroll tax forms

To review diagnostics for payroll tax forms, follow these steps:
  1. Select
    Actions
     then
    Process Payroll Tax Forms
    .
  2. Mark the checkboxes for the clients and/or forms you want to process.
  3. Select
    View Diagnostics
    . The
    Form Diagnostics
     report displays both critical and informational diagnostic messages specific to the filing method for each selected form.
    note
    For example, if paper filing is selected for a form, e-filing diagnostic information is not displayed for that form.
  4. If you want to print the report, select
    Print All Reports
     at the
    Print Preview
     screen.
    note
    You can also view diagnostics for an individual form in
    Actions
     then
    Edit Payroll Tax Forms
    .
