Edit standard text of form filing instructions

By default, forms with the Paper filing method are automatically set up to print the filing instructions along with the form. You can change the standard text of form filing instructions.
  1. Select
    File
    , then
    Report Designer
    .
  2. Select
    Letters
     at the end of the Reports list.
  3. Expand the
    Letters
     folder.
  4. Double-click the
    Form Filing Instructions
     letter.
    note
    This letter includes a separate region for each filing method, so you can include individualized instructions based on the filing method of the form being printed.
  5. Use variables and text options in the
    Design Tools
     to help you make changes to the instructions.
