Filter W-2 or 1099 forms for processing

For payroll compliance (annually licensed)

You can use the filtering options to find and process the W-2 or 1099 forms you need.

W-2 forms

  1. Go to
    Actions
    Process Payroll Tax Forms
    .
  2. Select
    W-2
    from the
    Form Type
    dropdown.
  3. Select the year for the forms you want to process.
  4. Use the available filter options (filing method, filed by, verification, jurisdiction, form, or client) to narrow down the list of clients and forms you want to print.
  5. To focus on forms that haven’t been processed yet, select
    Not Processed
    from the
    Status
    dropdown.
  6. Select
    Refresh
    to update your results.

1099 forms

  1. Go to
    Actions
    Process Payroll Tax Forms
    .
  2. Select
    1099
    from the
    Form Type
    dropdown.
  3. Select the specific 1099 type you need to process.
  4. Select the year for the forms you want to process.
  5. Use the filter options (filing method, filed by, jurisdiction, form, or client) to display only the forms you want.
  6. To see only unprocessed forms, select
    Not Processed
    from the
    Status
    dropdown.
  7. Select
    Refresh
    .
