Order payroll tax forms
This article contains information about forms available from Forms CS that can be used for printing Forms W-2, W-3, 1094-C, 1095-C, 1096, and 1099. You can save your firm time and money by ordering the correct forms, in an appropriate quantity, from Forms CS.

The forms in Accounting CS are aligned for use with the various form stock available from Forms CS. We can't guarantee perfect alignment to other vendors' forms or to government preprinted forms.
Submitting forms electronically
Before you order forms, keep in mind that you can use Accounting CS to produce files that can be submitted electronically, rather than printing paper copies, for Federal Copy A (and the accompanying W-3 / 1096 form) and the Agency Copy of Form 1095-C (and the accompanying 1094-C form).
- W-2 forms. The Social Security Administration provides a service for transmitting the W-2 file electronically. For information about registering for this service and transmitting files, go to Business Services Online.
- 1099 forms. To request authorization to file electronically and to receive a Transmitter Control Code (TCC), apply online using the Information Return (IR) Application for Transmitter Control Code (TCC). For additional information on receiving a TCC and transmitting 1099 returns, go to Filing Information Returns Electronically (FIRE).
- 1095-C forms. To apply for 1095-C electronic filing through the Affordable Care Act Information Returns (AIR) program, vis the e-Services page on the IRS website. You need to have an active e-Services account to apply for 1095-C electronic filing. After you're registered, select the Application link and then select ACA Application for TCC and follow the instructions. Once you've received a TCC, contact the IRS for the proper communication testing and final approval procedure for 1095-C electronic filing through the AIR program.
Electronic delivery via Employee Self-Service
Secure electronic delivery of W-2, 1099-NEC, and 1095-C forms to employees or independent contractors is available through integration with Employee Self-Service.

- You can purchase preprinted forms for Form W-2 Copy A in packages of 25, 50, or 500 sheets.
