View the Form Diagnostics report for payroll tax forms

For payroll compliance (annually licensed)
  1. Select
    Actions
    Process Payroll Tax Forms
    .
  2. Mark the checkboxes for the clients and/or forms you want to process.
  3. Select
    View Diagnostics
    . The Form Diagnostics report displays both critical and informational diagnostic messages specific to the filing method for each form you selected. For example, if you selected
    Paper filing
     for a form, e-filing diagnostic information isn't displayed for that form.
  4. If you want to print the report, select
    Print All Reports
     on the
    Print Preview
     screen.
