Remove the date from the signature area for Form 1096

  1. Open the
    Additional Information
     window from 1 of the 2 locations: 
    • Setup
      Clients
      Payroll Taxes tab
      Forms section
    • Actions
      Edit Payroll Tax Forms
       (when the 1099 Form is selected)
  2. Select something other than
    None
     from the
    Signature
     dropdown.
  3. Mark the
    Suppress Date
     checkbox.
