Set the number of recipients per page

Follow these steps to change the default number of recipients per page for a specific 1099 or W-2 form.

Select File
, then Report Designer
.

Browse to the form to set the recipients per page, and then double-click it.

Select File
, then Page Setup
.

On the Layout tab, change the default Recipients per page
setting.

Select OK
.

Save your changes and close Layout Designer.
