Preview and print the reporting agent list and Form 8655

Use the filters to display the clients you want to include in the report.
Select
Add Clients
. The
Client enrollment
grid displays the filtered clients that don't already have the
Reporting agent (Form 8655 filed)
checkbox marked in the Electronic Filing section of the Payroll tax forms additional information window.
Mark the checkboxes for the client records you want to add to the Reporting Agent List report.
note
If you don't want to print the signature date on Form 8655, mark the
Suppress signature date
checkbox.
Mark the
Suppress form 8655
checkbox to print only the Reporting Agent List report.
To remove the date from Line 15 on any form you don’t plan to file, go to
Setup
,
Client
, then the
Payroll Taxes
tab. In the Federal 94X section, mark the
Do not File
checkbox next to any forms your client doesn't need to file. For example, if you aren't filing Form 945 for this client, select
Do not File
to remove the date from Line 15 of Form 8655. By doing this, you ensure that Line 15 includes a date only for forms you actually plan to file.
Select a contact in the
Taxpayer Contact
column, if necessary.
Mark any other applicable checkboxes for each client.
To preview the report before printing, select
Preview Selected
.
To print the report and the 8655 forms for each client, select
Print Selected
.

Accounting CS will mark the
Reporting agent (Form 8655 filed)
checkbox for the clients.
