Print Form W-2 Copy D and Copy D Summary

Follow these steps to print Form W-2 Copy D and the Copy D Summary.

Select Actions
, then Process Payroll Tax Forms.

Use the filters to display the W-2 information you want to print, then select Print Options
.

In the Federal Client Copy Format section, select Copy D
from the Copy A
dropdown.

If you want to print the Copy D Summary instead of the W-3, select Copy D Summary
from the W-3
dropdown.

Select OK
to process the forms.

You'll need to select the Client copy
when printing.
