Follow these steps to print the IRS W-2 instructions on the back of employee copies of Form W-2.
  1. Select
    Setup
    ,
    Firm Information
    ,
    Firm
    , then the
    Preferences
     tab.
  2. Mark the
    Duplex printing of IRS instructions for employee W-2s
     checkbox in the Payroll Tax Forms section.
