Error: Total employee count is less than full time employee count
Scenario
You may get the following error message when processing Forms 1095-C and 1094-C.
Error message
Total employee count is less than full time employee count
Cause
Accounting CS calculates the full-time employee count and total employee count totals based on information in the Average Full-Time Employees Worksheet report.
Solution
To override the totals, select
Actions
, Edit Payroll Tax Forms
, 1095-C
, then the Client Data
tab.
