Version 2025.1.1 release notes
We released version 2025.1.1 on April 24, 2025 with the following changes.
General
We updated the Resources portlet on the Home, Firm, Staff, and Client dashboards to include additional links and group the links by category.
Idaho
We updated the new hire report file to now create in the CSV format.
Kentucky
We updated the application to accept either the 6-digit or new 9-digit Withholding ID (formatted as ###### or #########) that's being issued by the Kentucky Department of Revenue.
Maine
We added the direct deposit information required to produce an ACH credit file for the Maine PFML Fund tax agent.
New York
- We addressed an issue that, in certain circumstances, caused the Form NYS-1 and NYS-45 electronic files to be rejected by the agency for “Maximum field length was exceeded.:rule 4.24.”noteE-files rejected with this error should be reviewed, and if needed, recreated and retransmitted to the agency.
- We updated Form NYS-45. The total field (Line 21) now displays as dollars and cents instead of rounded amounts.noteLine 21 was correctly reported as dollars and cents in the electronic file.
Vermont
We updated Form WHT-436 internet file.

Forms WHT-436 that were already processed for 1st quarter 2025 reporting should be reprocessed and the internet file recreated for them.
West Virginia
- We added the following local tax agent:
- City of Glen Dale (Idea Incubator #9486)noteThe accompanying forms will be available in a future release, in time to meet their respective filing deadlines.
- City of Huntington - We addressed an issue that, in certain circumstances, caused an error to occur when attempting to process Form Huntington_Q.
