Delete a report, financial statement, or letter

Use the following steps to delete a report, financial statement, or letter that you no longer need in the application.

note

Reports, financial statements, and letters that are predefined in the application can't be deleted.

tip

You can also use these steps to delete a folder that you added.

Select File
, then Report Designer
.

Go to the report, financial statement, or letter you want to delete.

Select the report name to highlight it.

Select File
, then Delete Report
.

Select OK
to delete the report.

note

Reports, financial statements, and letters that are included in a Report Profile
can't be deleted unless they are removed from the profile first.
