Export a report to share it outside your network
You may want to share a report with a colleague who has installed the application on a different network. To do this, export the report as a file, which they can then install.
- SelectFile, thenReport Designer.
- Select the report from the Reports list.noteThe report doesn't need to be open in the grid.
- SelectFile, thenExport.
- Choose the location where you want to export the report.noteYou can change the file name before you save the report.
- SelectSave.
