Hide zero amounts
Use
Print Zero
in the Row and Column Properties of Design Tools to show or hide rows or columns with zero amounts.- SelectFile, thenReport Designer.
- Double-click a report or financial statement in the Reports List to open it in the design grid.noteBefore you make changes to a report (including letters and financial statements) in Report Designer, we recommend that you selectFile, thenSave asto save the report with a different name. To restore it, selectFile, thenRestore Default.
- Select a row in the design grid to hide zero amounts.
- In the Row Properties section of the Design Tools frame, clear thePrint zeroscheckbox.
- In the design grid, select the 1st column to hide zero amounts.
- In the Column Properties section of the Design Tools frame, clear thePrint zeroscheckbox.
- SelectFile, thenSave asto save the changes in the report.
