Remove blank pages in a report
A column that overlaps a page break can cause a blank page to print between each page in the report. You can remove the page break or adjust the column size to fix this issue.
Remove the page break
- SelectFilethenReport Designer.
- Open the report.
- Select the column to the right of the page break.
- SelectInsertthenRemove Page Break.
Adjust the column size
You can adjust the column size two ways:
Enter a new column width manually
- Select the column header.
- SelectFormat,Column, thenWidth.noteYou can also right-click the column header then selectColumn Width.
- Enter a new number for the column width then selectOK.
Drag and drop the column size
- Hover your pointer between columns.
- Drag the column border and drop it where you want it.
