Employee templates

If you have similar employee types, for example, restaurant-type clients might have employee types such as “wait staff” or “management” which require the use of particular types of payroll items, you can set up employee templates.
Once you create a new employee record using a template, you'll need to do the normal employee set-up steps to be sure you've included all unique and pertinent information.

Employee templates can't be applied to existing employee records. They can be used only during the set-up phase for new employees.
