Print the Payroll Tax Form Notes report

For payroll compliance (annually licensed)
You can use the
Payroll Tax Form Note Options
 screen to view or print the Payroll Tax Form Notes report for all clients.  This report lists all payroll tax form notes for the selected clients based upon the filter and sort options selected at the time of output.
  1. Select
    Actions
     then
    Payroll Tax Form Processing
    .
  2. Select
    View Notes
    .
  3. Filter the notes you want to include in the report. You can filter by:
    • Created by (ID or Name)
    • Created date
    • Last edited by (ID or Name)
    • Last edited date
    • Type
  4. Sort the notes in the order you want them:
    • As arranged
    • Newest to oldest
    • Oldest to newest
