Delete a security group

You won't be able to delete a security group if you've assigned staff to it. Remove your staff to delete the group.

Select Setup
, Firm Information
, and then Security Groups

or Client Security Groups
(for client staff who will be accessing Accounting CS Client Access)

.

Select the group you want to delete.

Select Delete
then OK
.

The only group you can't delete is the Administrator group. This makes sure at least 1 person has access to all areas of the application.
