Enroll clients for Florida electronic filing
For payroll compliance (annually licensed)
You can file Florida unemployment forms using the FSET program either as an agent for multiple clients or for clients as individual employers.
- Agent filing:You can enroll your clients using theFlorida Electronic Filingscreen or you can enroll them online at https://taxapps.floridarevenue.com/EEnrollment/. To file as an agent with Florida, your firm must meet the state's number of clients threshold and have a memorandum of understanding on file with the state. Once you qualify, the state will issue your firm an Agent ID (A00+Five Digits) and you can enter this number in the Florida section of theTransmission Information dialog, accessed from theProcess Electronic Formsscreen. That agent number will be used for all clients that you file electronically.
Individual employer filing:
You must enroll your clients online at https://taxapps.floridarevenue.com/EEnrollment/. If the state hasn’t issued your firm a valid agent ID or your firm doesn’t meet the criteria to qualify as an agent, don't enter any information in the Florida section of the Transmission Information
