The Kansas Employment Security Fund accepts ACH and EFT Debit and ACH and EFT Credit payments of unemployment taxes. All taxpayers are encouraged to remit their  Kansas unemployment taxes via EFT. Approval is not required.

  • By default, the application does not list employee information in sections 4 through 7 of Form K-CNS 100. Instead, the application will list employee information on Schedule A.
  • The State of Kansas requires all employers with 50 or more employees, or third-party administrators with 25 or more client employees, to electronically file all Quarterly Wage Reports and contribution returns and make any quarterly tax payments online.
  • If your client has fewer than 25 employees and want to include employee information on Form K-CNS 100, follow the steps below.
