The Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation (DLLR) accepts ACH Credit and ACH Debit payments of unemployment taxes. Approval is required for ACH Credit transactions.
The Maryland DDLR requires employers paying via Electronic Funds Transmission (EFT) to submit an authorization agreement form to the Contributions Division of Maryland's Office of Unemployment prior to submitting tax payment files.
