How to apply
The Missouri Division of Employment Security requires all EFT user to provide contact information to the Magnetic Media Supervisor prior to submitting tax payment files.

ACH/EFT payment information
The Missouri Department of Revenue accepts EFT Credit payments of withholding taxes.
  • As of January 1, 2004, all employers subject to quarter-monthly payments are required to pay withholding taxes via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
  • Taxpayers not required to pay via EFT can do so voluntarily.
How to apply
The Missouri Department of Revenue requires all EFT users to apply for approval before submitting tax payment files.

Payment and other information
Tax returns are still required on the regular due date for the particular tax period being paid, even if you are paying via EFT.
