ACH/EFT payment information
The Ohio Department of Taxation accepts EFT Debit payments of withholding taxes.
- Any taxpayer who has received a notice from the Ohio Department of Taxation requiring them to file via electronic funds transfer (EFT) must do so.
- Any employer who is not required to file via EFT may do so voluntarily.
How to apply
The Ohio Department of Taxation requires all EFT users to submit an agreement form before submitting tax payment files.
