The West Virginia State Tax Department accepts EFT Credit and EFT Debit payments of withholding taxes.
- Employers who paid $25,000.00 or more during the previous year are required to pay via EFT.
- Employers paying less than that mandatory threshold can pay via EFT voluntarily.
The West Virginia State Tax Department requires all EFT users to apply for approval before submitting tax payments.
