Workpapers dashboard is missing
When the Workpapers dashboard isn't showing under the View menu, verify the following items.
- Verify the valid license for the Workpapers service in theHelp>About screen.
- Set up at least one client with the Workpapers service enabled in theSetup>Clients>Maintab.
- Ensure the number of staff with access to the Workpapers dashboard doesn’t exceed the paid Workpapers units, which you can check inHelp>About.
- Confirm the staff person has permissions to view the WP dashboard.
