Client: Respond to a ledger request

Respond to a ledger data request by opening your notification email, selecting your accounting package, and signing in to begin data extraction.

You may get ledger requests via email that will have a subject containing

[Firm Name] has requested ledger data for [Request Name]

.

In the email, select View Request
.

Select the accounting package from the dropdown.

Select Continue
.

Sign in with your administrator credentials
.

Data extraction begins automatically and will continue if you close the page before it's finished.
