Data ingestion

Ingest data to pull in key financial data and detailed accounts receivable and payable information.
Data ingestion brings data into the system so it can be stored, accessed, and analyzed.
  • The system ingests all available data from the accounting package.
  • There are no date restrictions at ingestion.
    note
    For example, if a client has 20-25 years of general ledger data, the system will pull all of it.
  • More data improves machine learning models.
  • Date range filtering and fine-grained control happen at the analysis stage.

Ingested data

Audit Intelligence Analyze:
  • General Ledger (GL): Complete transaction history from the accounting system.
  • Trial Balance (TB) (optional): Auto-maps to standard Engagement Manager account classifications.
Direct Connectors:
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) subledger
  • Accounts Payable (AP) subledger
