For any questions regarding renewals, cancellations, refunds, or contract terms, transfer the inquiry to Customer Service or a sales representative. Provide general information only — don't process these requests directly.
Auto-renewal terms
The following auto-renewal terms apply to Audit Intelligence Analyze subscriptions:
- Subledgers (units) expire 12 months after the purchase date.
- After the initial term, your subscription renews annually until canceled.
- Once a renewal term begins, it is non-cancellable.
Request a cancellation
To cancel your subscription, complete the following steps:
- Contact your Cloud Audit Suite sales representative or Customer Service.
- Customer Service or your sales representative confirms the cancellation request with your firm.
- Processing takes 24–48 business hours after your sales representative confirms the request.

There is currently no in-product option to process cancellations.
Refund policy
For refund inquiries, contact Customer Service. Customer Service evaluates all refund eligibility and terms on a case-by-case basis.
