Overage charges

Audit Intelligence blocks usage when the unit balance reaches 0. Purchase additional units to restore access, as overage charges don't apply.

Overages

The following overage restrictions apply to Audit Intelligence:
  • You can't use Audit Intelligence with a zero-unit balance.
  • Audit Intelligence blocks any actions that consume units when the balance reaches 0.
  • Overage charges don't apply. To continue using Audit Intelligence, you must purchase additional units.

Use the following reference points when assisting with Audit Intelligence inquiries:
  • Prerequisite:
    Firms need an active Engagement Manager license to use Audit Intelligence.
  • Provisioning:
    After purchase, units may take 24–48 hours to appear in the product.
  • Unit consumption:
    Audit Intelligence consumes 1 unit per subledger or audit area on the 1st analysis.
  • Expiration:
    Units expire 12 months after purchase (use-it-or-lose-it).
  • FIFO:
    The system consumes units from the earliest expiring batch first.
  • Renewals and cancellations:
    Transfer all inquiries to Customer Service. don't process these requests in Support.

Advise the firm to wait 24–48 hours and verify the order was processed with their sales representative.
“I can't use Analyze.”
Verify the firm has an active Engagement Manager license and a non-zero unit balance.
“The units expired.”
Explain the use-it-or-lose-it expiration policy and direct the firm to their sales representative to purchase new units.
“I want to cancel.”
Transfer the inquiry to Customer Service or direct the firm to their sales representative.
