Order entry requirements
When placing an order, your sales representative needs the following information:
- The specific Engagement Manager firm ID that the units should be associated with.
- Confirmation that your firm has an active Engagement Manager license.
Provisioning timeline
After your order is successfully processed:
- Your units will be provisioned within 24–48 business hours.
- Wait the full 24–48 hours before expecting your units to appear in the product.
- The same 24–48 hour timeline applies if you cancel your order.
