Scenario

You may get no data or an empty analysis after upload.
Error message
No data available or Empty analysis

Cause

This may occur for one of the following reasons:
  • The date range in Step 1 excludes all transactions.
  • Subledger data isn't included.
  • Upload & Share doesn't include AR/AP.
  • The accounting package uses a non-standard account structure.

Solutions

Complete these solutions in the following order.

Solution 1: Verify the date range

Check whether the date range in Step 1 includes the expected transactions.

Solution 2: Verify whether subledger data is expected

  • If AR/AP subledger data is required, don't use
    Upload & Share
    .
  • Ensure
    Upload & Share
     doesn't include AR/AP subledger data.

Solution 3: Check the account structure

Review whether the accounting package uses a non-standard account structure.
