 occurs when generating a sample for the Risk Score = 0 segment.

Scenario

You may be unable to generate a sample.
Error message
Risk Score = 0 sampling error

Cause

A known problem may occur when generating a sample for the Risk Score = 0 segment.

Solution: Regenerate the risk score = 0 segment

  1. Close the
    Extent of Testing
     screen, then return back to it.
  2. Ensure the
    Risk Score = 0
     tab isn't marked.
  3. Generate samples for the other segments first.
  4. Generate the sample for the Risk Score = 0 segment last.
