Scenario

You may get the following error message after analysis.

Cause

Unexpected segment distributions may be caused by unusual item thresholds, significant amount settings, selected date range, or enabled RITs.

Solution 1: Validate transaction scope and thresholds

  1. Verify that the date range in Step 1 captures the expected transactions.
  2. Review the significant amount in Step 2.
  3. Review the unusual item thresholds in Step 3.

Solution 2: Review enabled RITs

Review the enabled RITs. If too few RITs are enabled, most items may score 0.
