Audit Intelligence fully complies with Thomson Reuters data privacy standards. Audit Intelligence stores your data for analysis purposes only, and Validis doesn't retain it after ingestion. Validis terminates the connection after the data transfer is complete.

Client data deletion requests

To delete your data, contact Support to submit a deletion request. Your support representative will notify you when the deletion is complete. Requests can take up to 1 month to process.

Data deletion removes only raw ledger data. Analysis results and workpapers remain available in Engagement Manager after deletion is complete, and you can continue working with existing analysis outputs.

Support: Complete data deletion requests
  1. After a Support Consultant approves the request, create a new work item in
    AI Analyze Bug
    .
  2. In the
    Title
     field, enter:
    Data Deletion Request by [Firm ID - Firm Name]
    .
  3. In the
    Description
     field, include the following information:
    • Contact email address.
    • Reason for the deletion request.
    • The date the request was submitted.
