Page Directions not working

Follow these steps if you're on the
Review Workspace
 in a case and aren't receiving the page directions automatically or a pop-up window.
  1. In the
    Review workspace
    , go to the
    Find
     tab.
  2. Turn on the
    Page Directions
     option.
  3. If you don't want the pop-up windows, turn on the
    Auto Direction
     option.
  4. If you already have
    Auto Direction
     turned on, make sure you've accepted the cookies and disabled the pop-up blocker on your browser.
