Print cases

You can download cases as PDF files, which you can then print.
Case Center doesn't have print functionality. Follow these steps to download PDFs from Case Center, which you can then print.
  1. Go to the
    View Case List
     screen.
  2. Select
    Update Case
    .
  3. Select
    Bundles
    .
    If you don't have this option, contact the case creator and ask to have your permissions updated.
  4. Select the option to download the whole bundle, the index, or the individual sections as a PDF.
  5. Open the PDF and print it.
