Unable to create a case

Check for the correct permissions and for hidden information in the Front Page area.
To create a case, you'll need to have the correct permissions. How you check this depends on whether or not you're part of an organization.
In the top right corner below your name, check if there is an organization listed. If there is, ask your organization administrator to update your permissions.
If you aren't part of an organisation, create a ticket with Support and a member of our financial team will be in touch to discuss billing and payment terms to then allow you to create your first case on Case Center.
If you have the
Create Case
permission but at times you are having problems saving the case, this could be caused by hidden information added in the
Front Page
area.
When copying and pasting the front page from a PDF or Word document straight into the
Front Page
area in Case Center, tables or hidden characters might be copied across and the
Create
button doesn't become active.
To avoid this issue, first copy and paste the front page into a text editor such as Notepad, and then copy and paste that text into the front page area in Case Center (this will usually remove any hidden formatting).
