Advanced tips for bulk uploading a ZIP file
- When creating a section title in your subfolder, if the title has a capital letter and then a space, Case Center will strip this out and use it as an index value for the section.
- If you have 2 subfolders with identical titles but a different lead capital letter, Case Center will ignore the letter for the 2nd subfolder and add all of its documents to the section created by the 1st subfolder with that title.
- If you preface a subfolder title with a lowercase letter (d), Case Center won’t strip the letter out, it will incorporate the letter into the section title.
- If you create a subfolder name without a capital letter to indicate the index, Case Center will create a new section with a letter index value following on from the latest section in the bundle, e.g., if the bundle currently ran to section K it would create a new section with the index L.
- Adding a numeric value at the beginning of a subfolder title has no effect and the number is not stripped. (pt 4)
