Uploading files
The maximum file size for any document, including zip files, is 2GB per file. The maximum file size for multimedia is 10GB per file.
The upload screen allows a maximum of 100 files into a section
Transferring files
When transferring multimedia files, the maximum file size that can be transferred for the same Case Center instance is 1.8GB, and 800MB across instances. If the multimedia file size is above the transfer limit, you'll get a message that the transfer was unsuccessful.
