Set up email notifications

Case Center sends an email notification to other users whenever a change is made to a case.
There are 3 places where you can set up email notifications:
  1. When you invite someone to a case. You can change this after they have been invited if you have update case access permissions.
  2. If you are an organization admin you can set up default access permissions via the organization admin screen. These default permissions indicate which permissions will be turned on for every person invited to a case. These options can still be edited by users that have the Update Case Access permission or by a user when they first issue an invitation.
  3. You can request that email notifications are forced on at an organizational level. This means that every user will always be sent email notifications and will not have the option to turn them off. This setting can only be changed by a Case Center admin.
