Import a PDF transcript

To import the PDF transcript as a document, complete these steps:
  1. Select the
    New
    arrow.
  2. Select
    Document (from File)
    .
  3. Select
    Add
    .
  4. Select your PDF transcript and select
    Open
    .

Add document to a group

To add a document to a group, complete these steps:
  1. Select
    Groups
    .
  2. Select
    Manage Groups
    .
  3. Select
    New
    in the Data Groups window.
  4. Type
    Transcripts
    in the Name box, then select
    OK
    .

Retrieve your PDF transcript

To add a document to a group, complete these steps:
  1. Select
    Sort by
    .
  2. Select
    Sort by Type
    or
    Sort by Data Groups
    .
  3. The transcript is listed under the sorted category.
