To import the PDF transcript as a document, complete these steps:

Select the New
arrow.

Select Document (from File)

Select Add
.

Select your PDF transcript and select
Open
.

To add a document to a group, complete these steps:

Select Groups
.

Select Manage Groups
.

Select New
in the Data Groups window.

Type Transcripts
in the Name box, then select OK
.

To add a document to a group, complete these steps:

Select Sort by
.

Select Sort by Type
or Sort by Data Groups
.

The transcript is listed under the sorted category.
