Process multiple documents with OCR technology

You can specify that Case Notebook automatically uses OCR technology when you import documents. If you choose not to use this option, you can manually process the documents to make them searchable. To process multiple documents with OCR technology, complete these steps:
  1. Within
    Tools
    , hover over
    Advanced
    , then select
    OCR Status
    .
  2. Select the documents you want to process and select
    OK
    .
