Use auto tags during depositions

You may need to listen for key words or phrases during a deposition.
Auto Tags
 automatically highlights words and phrases during the deposition. To add words or phrases to
Auto Tags
, complete these steps:
  1. Select
    Annotate
    .
  2. Select
    Auto Tags
    .
  3. Select
    New
    .
  4. Type your auto tags in the text box.
  5. Select a highlight color for the
    Auto Tags
     to show in the transcript.
  6. Select
    OK
