Save a document in Checkpoint

You can save documents in folders in Checkpoint so you can quickly find them again without having to search for them.

note

The maximum number of saved documents and saved searches combined is 1000.

You can save a document when you have it open or from a search results page.

Save from a Search Results screen

Use the checkboxes to select each document,

select

then use Save
to put the document in your current folder, or Save As

to choose another folder.

Save from a document

, then select Save

If you want to save the document in a different folder, select

Save As

, choose a different one, and Save
