Use folders to save documents and searches in Checkpoint

Create folders to save and organize documents and searches. You can create up to 250 folders and save a maximum of 1000 searches and documents.

View saved documents and searches

Select a folder to see a list of the saved documents, searches, or charts it contains. You'll see the following columns:
Type
This shows you if it is a document Document, search Saved search, or chart Saved chart.
Name/KeyWords
This is the title of a saved document. Searches and charts are what you saved them as. Searches also show the search terms used.
Flag
Flagged document
This shows whether you've flagged the document.
Information
This shows the publication or source of a document and the sources included in a saved search.
Note
Select to view or add notes. A black note indicates that a note exists for a saved document or search.
Saved/Scheduling
This shows the date and time a document or search was saved. Select
Update Search
to make changes to a saved search or schedule it to run automatically.

Saved document alerts

You may see the following alerts in your folders containing saved documents:
Yellow triangle
A yellow triangle in the Type column means that the document has changed or been recategorized.
Red text
Red text means that a document or search contains outdated source information.
