Search by date range in Checkpoint

You can search Checkpoint for rulings or cases in a specified date range in the Federal, State, Estate, Pension & Benefits, and International practice areas.
  1. On the homepage, select
    Search
    .
  2. Select
    Date Range Search
    .
    note
    If you selected the State practice area, you'll need to select one or more state(s) and select
    Next
    .
  3. Select a search template.
    Example
    Examples:
    Cases by Court
     or
    Rulings by Date
  4. Use the checkboxes to select the cases or rulings you want to search.
  5. Enter dates in the
    Select Date Range
     fields or use the calendar to select the dates.
  6. Select
    Intuitive Search
